Q.  Are the products on your website refelective of all the products you have for sell?

A.  No.  We pride ourselves on being a full line distributor of Waterworks, Natural Gas, HDPE, and Meters (AMR) products and services.  We can provide you with everything you need for your application.  If you don't see what you're looking for contact a sales representative - We probably have it.

Q. What if I already have an account with MSPS | USM&T and I want to purchase select products on the web?  Do I get the same pricing?

A.  No.  Web sales is a different sales channel with different pricing.  However, our website supports Discount Groups.  When you add items to your shopping cart you will automatically receive a discount %, or a $ amount off on the total amount of your order according to the Discount Group you are assigned.  Please contact a sales representative to ensure you get placed in the appropriate Discount Group for maximum price savings.

Q.  So, what are Discount Groups?  How do I get assigned a Discount Group to get better pricing?

A.  Discount Groups are designed for loyal customers.  The prices reflected for most products on our website are List Price.  Being part of a Discount Group can get you a significant price savings on the total amount of your cart order. 

Current customers who already have an account with us should contact a sales representative to help you get placed into the appropriate Discount Group. 

New customers, and customers who do not have account with us, in order to take advantage of the discounts, you need to:

1. Register on this site.
2. Contact a sales representative to have them place you in the appropriate Discount Group.

Q.  What are my payment options on your website?

A.  Customers can pay directly online via secure web payment using Pay Pal.  You will need a credit or debit card and you will have to register with Pay Pal. 

You also have the option of printing your Web Order Form during the checkout process, and emailing or faxing it to us.  Once we receive the order, we will call you to confirm the order and can run credit card processing over the phone.
